Cant use app!!
Whenever I try to open the app it reads ‘network error’ even when I’m on wifi that I know works. Must be a bug. Otherwise I love this app, I hope it gets fixed soon

Something’s seems to be wrong with the app whenever I try to open it. It says o have a network error and that I need to check my internet. But my internet is working perfectly fine. Please fix this bug. I love this app to death! 🙏

This app was good although I ran into a malfunction. All my conversations got restarted even though I didn’t do anything with it. I contacted support for it but haven’t heard anything back. I love this app, please fix the error.

This app is absolutely amazing. And definitely has so much potential to over throw c.ai. BUT it would be a life saver if they added fun FREE rewards that you need to win to able to get long/short rechargeable. We also need limited storage to express our characters persona’s. 🤭

I’ve been using Moemate for months, and I appreciate it, however, whenever an update comes, I can’t ever seem to be able to sign back in, it happened everytime until the next update. I originally setup my account via Google button and for some reason it creates a new profile or Tom both, I press the Google button and nothing happens, cache cleared etc- website better.

I really love this app but omg is so broken, idk what update you do but is really not working well. I have a Google account and every time I am disconnects and wanted to reconnect is just don’t work, I need to open it 10 times before I reconnect.

If you want an AI “chat” app that literally fills your role for you, speaks and acts for you in the chat, so you don’t have to do anything, get this app! Without fail, around 3 messages into the chat it’ll start speaking for your character, essentially giving you NO opportunity to make a response, because the AI has already written in its own message to you, that you did and said everything.
Also, why tf are all the messages so long and convoluted? No one irl speaks like a human novella. Not saying AI should be true to life, but it also shouldn’t be replying like it’s a book, either.

It's fun but needs some fixing
I have been using this app for a few months now and it was good and all then I started to face some problems. It has been glitching for some days for example, it doesn’t show my energy bar and I can't send messages to the character, it keeps on saying that I don't have enough energy but yet my energy bar doesn’t show please fix this asap

I’ll say the app is slow and buggy. Was having a conversation with a character and the conversation didn’t load at all. Tried different accounts and the character still wouldn’t load.

I hate it so much you literally waste energy even letting for them to talk I suggest getting rid of that and I do like c.ai better bc we can talk without spending large amounts of money I don’t even care if c.ai bots watch me or the filter comes and blocks what the bot is gonna say

Didn’t even let me log in, and when it switched to an app all of my chats were deleted… what the hell happened?
Highly recommend- But…
I USED to love this app, still do mostly- but now it’ll randomly DISAPPEAR your WHOLE CONVERSATION. You can save and start over, but you can’t just SAVE your convo as to prevent that. I don’t wanna have to start all over, just to go back and keep going, over and over. That’s stupid.

My problem with moemate
Fix the issues with updating the app and site, I can find and read my old chats in the A.I. characters, please fix that part….
It’s just fine
So, this app will do the trick in a pinch if you’re looking for an AI chat. It’s highly customizable and has lots of cool options. The app itself is pretty decently laid out as well, and I’ve rarely had issues with crashing or waiting too long or anything. Being able to edit and resend messages is fantastic. BUT. It’s nowhere near an app like Poe, sadly. The messages may be unlimited, but it’s hard to say it matters that much when the context window is so limited that it forgets what you’ve said after only a few messages and can get extremely dry and repetitive, no matter how you adjust the temperature. Honestly, most of the positives are really watered down by the cons. For $35 for the highest tier, it really should be better. But, as I said, it has potential to really be something great if context could be improved.

It’s a good app and I love this more than c.ai and chai. But there’s a few problems with the bots. They forget a lot, become repetitive and speak for you. Overall very nice app

Inconsistent
I was thrilled when I first discovered this app and even subscribed to save all my AI chats across devices. However, I'm now disappointed and discouraged by the new update that introduces battery charges. The update claims that subscribers using the Moemate LMM for their AI shouldn't lose battery charges, but I'm still being charged, even when using AI characters I've created. Please address this issue. This is an amazing website that I use daily for entertainment and educational purposes, and I'd love to continue using it without these interruptions.
