Is there a way to change the language to english?

Would be five but there is no english translation so I am confused whats happening sometimes.

Thanks to the Hit-Point ad section of Neko Atsume, I saw this new game and had to give it a try. The mad scientist guy on the App icon piqued my interest, and I know Hit-Point are stellar game creators. From what I can tell so far, Mogg Rush is a sci-fi/steampunk-themed Whack-a-Mole game, which is pretty awesome. It is very quirky and quite cute, with an energetic feel, bright flashy colours, and interesting characters. The controls are rather simple -- tap the mechanical moles as they pop up as fast as you can. But I think there is more to the game than just that.
Sadly, it's all in Japanese, so I can't figure everything out. Oddly, the languages in the App description here include English, but there is NOT an English option. . ?
So I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.
I passed one level, got a decent score, and the adorable feathery mad scientist spoke to me -- no idea what he said . . .😞
I really want to know what the mad scientist is saying and what his role in the game is, and I want to get a better understanding of all the mechanics, the story, and enjoy the full experience of every aspect of the game.
Hit-Point, PLEASE provide an English translation for Mogg Rush! like you did for Spoon Pets and Neko Atsume! I really want to enjoy this cute and quirky game! 😺👨🔬
