Layout update discouraging to use
The app definitely needed an update however, this new design layout is too overwhelming. It has far too much going on from the overly cluttered home screen to every tab you open up it all just feels unnecessarily cluttered everywhere including tools/features/info duplicated in multiple places. (The dice links and shield finder are still not working properly either)
It needs to be toned down or more customizable so users have more ability to adjust how they want to see and use some of the features and tools. Im losing interest in using it anymore unfortunately.

This is just like sticker hub and monopoly chat … not that impressive… and they should have a one time lifetime option to pay for the premium version…weekly and monthly charges are just ridiculous…I’m probably going to uninstall this app…

My account stopped connecting & Customer support is nonexistent
I am paying for an insider membership, but I cannot connect the app to my game. I have sent numerous tickets to customer support and no one gets back to me. This is happening on two of my profiles, and it has been months (and countless inquiries) with no answer from anyone.
Not Connecting and Refreshing
That used to work great for over a year but now I can’t get it to connect and refresh at all. I have sent messages to their Support team and no reply whatsoever. This is the error I am getting after doing the update.

Account syncing causing Mogo app to crash
Ever since the update to allow album syncing and show shields, my Mogo app crashes constantly. Mogo must have updated their api to detect this and is causing a force restart. It’s a shame because these features are cool and worth paying for, but not as long as it makes the game crash. The worst part is there’s no way to unlock the account in the app.

No support
I’m hoping this will get someone’s attention. I’ve been a paid subscriber for months and about three weeks ago I could no longer access any of the paid features. Then all of a sudden my app changed to a non subscriber version. I have five support tickets open and no one has responded. What is going on? I just want the access that I’ve been paying for. It’s not right to ignore paying customers.

Half the time it doesn’t stay connected to the MonopolyGO site useless app to pay for
App Broken No Support
App broke in April 2026 and there’s been no responses from customer service when they claim people who pay have dedicated support.
Cant do much
You cant do much without paying for a subscription. I can’t even change my profile picture and add a bio with my invite link. Idk how people are leaving comments either, app is very buggy . I guess they’re paid users. I only like it because it shows events days in advance; other than that it’s kinda trash.

Login fail
Since the new album the app fails to log in to see shield finder. No response from support after several messages
Won’t let me create an account
I’ve tried for multiple days now and I can create an account. Every time it send me the code it says invalid or expired even doing it within seconds of receiving.
Can’t Register
Why I can’t register/ sign in I have no idea. Each code says invalid / expired … totally useless! Is it only for those in USA? Certainly you don’t want to know any of my email addresses… GIVE UP!
App not working anymore
This app went down hill and at this point are just scamming people out of there money. We can’t use the services we pay for anymore and they won’t respond to anyone’s comments. Stay away u til they fix it and if you are a subscriber then make sure to request a refund.
