App not operational on iPhone 13
The app crashes once starts, cannot control the light with it… needs attention or maybe you’re done with this project?
App crashes immediately when trying to open
Mirfak light is several years old, I hardly use it. Used to work fine to control with my iPhone. The last couple years the app won’t even open. Hasn’t been fixed, likely never will.
Keeps crashing
Can’t open the app, keeps crashing when trying to open it, flashes up for a brief moment then crashes closed.
Light won’t respond
So when I connect to the app with my light, I’m just stuck on Morse code. I can’t switch the light I can’t get solid light. I can’t adjust anything just Morse code. How can I fix this?
Funktioniert nicht
Geht man auf die Seite des Herstellers, ko.men nur noch chinesische Zeichen. Die Verbindung ist zwar möglich, aber die App bleibt beim Update hängen. Somit ist das Gerät unbrauchbar...Danke
