Nadoplata bona i chat nedostupni

Nastojim nadoplatiti 2. dan zaredom istom karticom. Dobivam „dogodila se pogreška“‘. Zatim odem ns chat unutar aplikacije, ali uopce ne radi. Što je najgore, app vraća raw json file. Zatim odem na mobile web na chat, cekam na agenta vec 20 minuta. Drugim rijecima, korisnicko iskustvo nije idealno. Agent napokon odgovara kako se greska dpgadja jer bon nije nadoplacen vec jedno vrijeme. Bilo bi dobro imati jasan tekst pogreske
