Money and plan disappeared!

Wow, the money in my account and the roaming plan just disappeared! I am without data in Bosnia. Calling the Customer Service. No option for English, half an hour on hold. I give up, will buy another service provider. Done with this one.nothing like this ever happened to me anywhere in the world
