Maybe consider changes

I can see their their is a basic English and not everything is in English and I feel like maybe I should reconsider changing banks like bank millennium as they have full English app and online compare to you.

Also, maybe I would also would add more personalisation of the app like change colour or add background to make it more personal for me as a customer.
