Good idea, but…
I like the idea and I started using it because it doesn’t have ai BUT, when I searched things, I was not getting great results. So i probably will not use this app because it just wasn’t useful :(
Am I missing something?
Mojeek. What an awesome search engine. I use it on Safari all the time. When I saw the app in the App Store, I was very happy. When I saw the app, I just felt “whaaaasaattt?” Nothing there.

Potential!
The one thing I love about Mojeek is the ability to search health related topics that are heavily censored on ALL of the popular search engines and show the health information for which we are really searching. To see an example for yourself, go to the popular search engines and search for “vitamin C benefits.” Notice the sources of all results in the first two pages, then do the same on Mojeek and compare.
Things I don’t like about Mojeek are:
1) No tabs
2) No way to copy and paste individual results to save in another browser
3) Limited relevant search results on other “non-censored” topics
It looks like it has been 3 yrs since Mojeek has had an update. I wish they had more resources to update.

Massive potential
Needs a massive overhaul to match the functionalities of the web version - including a built-in ad blocker of some sort.
I’m still holding out hope for Mojeek because the world needs another independent search engine independent of Google, Bing and Yandex*.

Love the search engine, but hard to use
It tends to auto play any videos on the screen, including ads, bringing up pop ups that interrupt constantly. It also has a poor back button, so if you click on something wrong, it sends you back to the first search page.
The results are a lot better than google, which is what I want.

Completely unrelated results
Anything I search for, with or without “”, are always completely unrelated to what I searched for. Turns out this is more useless than any other search engine in use. Complete waste of time and space. Will not be giving a second chance by how terrible they did on first impressions.

Unbiased …
So far, I am finally able to find more relevant results on the topics I search for without being bombarded with political bias and narratives. This is refreshing.

No zoom
It gave awesome results at the beginning. Then I was unable to access the information I was looking for so I will download your engine at a later time. Also zooming in on print is not available.
Break free from these chains….
Mojeek will open new doors. It’s almost like realizing that Google, bing, etc…want to keep you in the matrix. Yes, it is that liberating. Give it a shot…

Almost perfect.
The app is almost perfect, it just needs easier access to the image search as well as it should open the links in app instead of in safari. Plus it could use a better image search engine. Having it use a lame stock photo website for searches really limits the results I can find. Plus Bing censors what I want to look up so that’s not feasible as well.

Needs more search results.
I LOVE what mojeek is doing but it does need improvements. For example searching something up that isn’t too popular like invidious will not show any results. So all they have to do is make the app show more results for more things and it would be great.
Plus they should make it so that it doesn’t redirect to safari. That could KILL the app.
But that’s it. Despite that it works fast, so I say it’s a good pick.
