OK but not trustworthy
It’s an ok app but one thing to watch out for is that you’ll book a cab and the booking will be confirmed, and then they’ll call you and say “ oh it’s confirmed but we don’t have a cab for that time”. Or you’ll book an exec and they’ll send a dirty car

Terrible app and terrible service. Premier only in name. Let down at the very last minute (within 30 minutes of my pre booked pickup) to the train station. Uber to the rescue and I just made my train. Simply not an acceptable way to do business.
