About

MoleDiary is a private, personal journal for keeping track of your moles, spots, and skin over time — so you never have to rely on memory again. Tap the body map to mark exactly where each spot is. Record what you observe: size, color, shape, border, how long it has been there, and a photo. Come back anytime to add a check-in, and MoleDiary keeps every record together in one organized history. WHAT MOLEDIARY DOES • Body map — mark spots precisely on a front and back figure, down to individual fingers and toes, with anatomical left/right labeling • Records over time — each spot builds a dated timeline of your own observations: size (mm), color, shape, border, notes, and photos • Change tracking — when your recorded details differ between visits, MoleDiary highlights what changed (for example, size 4 mm → 6 mm) so it is easy to find and show to your healthcare provider • Skin report — your full history organized by body location, head to toe, expandable to every record and photo • Share — send a text summary of your report to anyone you choose; photos always stay on your device • Duration — record how long each spot has been present, including birthmarks YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything you record is stored only on your device. MoleDiary has no account, no cloud, no tracking, and transmits nothing. Deleting the app deletes your data. WHAT MOLEDIARY IS NOT MoleDiary is a record-keeping journal only. It does not examine your skin, does not analyze photos, and does not detect, screen for, diagnose, or monitor any medical condition. It never tells you whether a spot is normal or abnormal — it only organizes what you record. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional about any changes in your skin. Built by a dermatology-trained nurse practitioner who saw how often patients wished they had written things down.
