Think this app works?
Surprise it doesn’t, I’ve been taking a picture everyday that these Molina apps don’t work.

Molina flex card
This flex card is terrible to use online. I can’t even get this app to load. I give this whole dam thing 0 stars. I wouldn’t bother with the card or this app. It’s terrible.
Can’t sign in
Can’t sign in. Can’t find account under new user because is says employee number. Was told my password is my birthday but wasn’t told how to type it in. There’s no help whatsoever

Easiest way to see card balance & scan.
This app was simple to use to see my card balance & to scan food items.
I can’t login anymore & was told to use the Benefits Pro app which is harder to use. I like seeing the card balance at a glance with the graph & simple to use scanner.

Seriously?
This app must be specifically designed to thwart usage. Log in fails, bizarre security settings that make no sense, biometrics fail. Don’t bother.

Can’t see balances on the benefits
It’s really hard to navigate the Molina benefit card app because it doesn’t allow you to navigate to see your balances and sometime when you scan things in the store it’ll tell you it’s approved but when you get to the line to pay for your items it is not on the approved item list.
Worthless App
This app is just as all the other reviews state. I can’t even log on as l don’t know my “employee id” and I believe Molina really doesn’t want you to use your My Choice card for items except in their Nations OTC store. I can’t even send this review because ALL nicknames are already taken and so you go into merry-go-round and can’t confirm or send your review.

No sirve/Doesn’t work
No actual way to log in. Creating a profile requires an employee ID number. No member option. No way to know about benefits card unless jumping through hoops over the phone. // No hay ninguna manera de inscribirse. Para hacer un perfil se ocupa número de empleado. No hay opción para el miembro. No se puede saber nada sobre la tarjeta de beneficios de Molina al menos que quieres contestar 20mil preguntas por teléfono.

Scanner lies
The scanner app often says things are on the approved list when they aren’t (I’m at an approved store), i shouldn’t have to call a support number about every item i want to buy, utterly worthless app

Worthless app
This app is absolutely garbage. I’ve scanned dozens of items and none of them show approved I’m going to the register with some of those items been able to pay for them with the debit card. Very frustrating.
Won’t open OTC Scan tool !!!
Incredible! This app won’t and doesn’t show option to open the OTC Scan tool!!! Customer support gal opened hers and says that at the Profile icon she can click on it and scroll down to “I want to” which brings up the ability to use the OTC scan tool. ON MY APP THERE’S NO ABILITY TO SCROLL DOWN FURTHER. All this app is good for is to check various balances and approved purchases made. If anyone has a suggestion to get the scan tool to open, please post in your review.

Great app but zero support
As I said below, it's quicker than using the website, HOWEVER, the day after I wrote the review, neither the app OR the website is allowing me to login no matter what I did.. uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone, cleared my cache, etc.
The app has a help phone number and an email, but after using the email link I got a reply saying basically, we can't help you and we've told Molina to remove the email.. and calling the phone number, 3 different reps at first didn't know the app I was calling about and then tried to act like it's my fault that I can't log in, it's like they were refusing to believe the app/site is having problems. So I'm downgrading my review to 2 stars. To give you the scope of the issue, at one point I was asked for my last name and birthdate and it said my info was incorrect. I'm 63 and I know my last name and birthdate, folks.
Will mention there IS a NationsOTC app but that's pretty much just a shopping app and it does show your available OTC/food balance but if you have other benefits (vision, dental, etc) the Nations app doesn't show that info.
GRRRR Developers, if you're reading this, please adjust this app so it performs as advertised, thanks!

Won’t allow me to login on the app.
I have had this app for over two weeks now and I still can’t get logged in. I am registered on the website and have talked to customer service a number of times but still nothing. It would be nice to see my balances and be able to scan items to see what is accepted with my OTC balance.
