Functions don’t work
I picked NAYAX for its Telemetry and easy options to track stock and pull pick lists but the pick lists never work it always says something when wrong. I have multiple machines so was relying on this feature for easy stock management. It’s a clunky system and Nayax Core website isn’t user friendly at all or mobile native. I hate using it.

Terrible app reliability
This company is a mess. They are not built right for their size and cannot handle their system. Every app update results in more issues. This most recent update has caused an issue where inventory does not update as products are purchased. This is a huge issue when trying to monitor inventory levels.
Support tickets go unanswered for days and sometimes weeks at a time. It’s likely time for a switch to cantaloupe. The only issue with that is the Nayax readers look nicer and are simpler to install.

So disappointing update fail
Just updated the app and now it doesn't work. Just a blank screen with the white line at the bottom. No way to access support.
