Selling point fell short
So the app was a huge selling point for us when we acquired the machine. We intended on running roughly 7 of these machines to replace our current hardware however after purchasing our first machine and using the app through the months we were and are still disappointed.
So firstly when you add a product, that product will not show up on the list most times unless you log out and log back in. That’s frustrating because when you have to add several products it just makes for a messy process. It’s not the end of the world it’s just an in needed step that the software devs haven’t been willing or interested in fixing. And that’s annoying from my perspective. Considering we only have one machine it’s not a huge deal but having 5-8 machines and having to do this is not what we wanted and we chose months ago to not use these machines outside this one location.
Secondly recently we are unable to add photos of products on the app due to a bug that says the photo is in the wrong format, no matter what format we upload it still won’t let us upload. We understand we can upload it from a desktop but again the mobile app was the selling point for us and we would like to use it as intended.
The machine in general works great minus some unexplainable outages in service (we are hard wired into the modem) and sometimes it will say an item is unavailable when it is in stock and shows inventory. All in all I think the app needs more attention.

Nothing like it
This VMS is the best I’ve tried by far.
Ads Don't Work
Apparently took away ad configuration in this latest update, so now configuring ads is even more difficult than it already was
Best smart vending software on the market
I use VTM vending on 25 of my smart vending machines in nightclubs and bars. The remote managment is the biggest plus. Anytime I need to make a change, as long as my machines have a good connection to WIFI or ethernet, I can do everything from my couch at home.
Game Changer
One of the benefits of vending is that it can be fairly passive but typically requires a lot of hassle with online. Now, with this app, it truly makes my job easier since I can be mobile and managing my machines from anywhere on my phone.
