I love the convenience of this app, but there are often random time outs/crashes.

There is no button to cancel subscriptions or change them.
Calendar permissions and payment fails
App always says payment failed. It doesn’t it
Comes out of my bank immediately and booking is made.
Now with new update you want full access to my calendar just to add a booking. I don’t think so! you can jog on. This was not required before. The options say keep add to calendar only but accepting this and not accepting full access stops it working. This is a privacy violation. Sort it out you data hungry parasites!

What a beautiful word
Yuck!! to new change
Now you require full access to my calendar and won’t just add the class I signed up for. We switched from MINDBODY for this very reason! Please allow us to add classes we have signed up for to our calender without requiring full invasive access.
Canceling has been such a pain
It’s been a week of me trying to cancel this stupid membership to a gym. They make it awful. I have to email with someone from the gym. It’s been a week of them replying with attempts to keep me on. I hate this - won’t ever use Momence again
Calendar permission
Very disappointed that with the latest update I now must give this app full calendar permission in order to add events to my calendar. “Add events only” permission should be sufficient for this app.
Update does not allow adding event
The app does not allow you to add event to the calendar. It now requires full access to calendar when before it didn’t. Definitely not an upgrade to the app but instead a total downgrade.
Why do you need full access to my calendar?
“Add events only” will be enough! But it won’t allow me to add events anymore if I don’t give full access!

Pratique, mais j’aimerais pouvoir retirer d’anciennes compagnies dont je ne suis plus cliente. La dernière mise à jour m’empêche d’entrer les dates sur mon calendrier, ce qui était pourtant très pratique. Maintenant je dois autoriser l’accès à tout mon calendrier, ce que je refuse de faire, pourquoi Momence y aurait accès?

Worth it
A rare moment when I don’t mind having to have an app for something. It’s much easier to keep track of my plans than when I have to go to business websites. Also pairs seamlessly with digital calendars
Data privacy issues
The app requires “full access” to my entire calendar in order to add a simple appointment. My personal calendar, my work calendar, everything. There is a “write only” setting but Momence chooses not to use it. Ridiculous!
Recent update broke add to calendar
A recent update switched the calendar permissions requested from add-only to full access and will no longer add an event to the calendar unless you grant full access. A very disappointing and frustrating update that needlessly broke this functionality.
User Friendly
Momence is user friendly and has been a great tool for accessing and booking classes !
Pls add option to remove studios
Would love a way to remove studios/places I don’t go to or use anymore, it’s annoying having their updates clogging my feed. When I google it, it says I should be able to remove them in my app settings inside the app but it doesn’t even register that I have any studios bookmarked in the first place. Other than the above, I like the interface and styling, ease of booking classes and the ability to add to calendar.

Current version crashes
Current version of the app crashes on boot up. Has been unusable for months. 😭 Used to be very convenient, too!
