I have made this my daily ritual app. I have broken the need to scroll and check the news by reaching for my phone and starting a visualization first thing when I wake up. It’s been a game changer in my energy, my interactions with the people closest to me, and the ways I am showing up for myself, at work, and in life.

Disappointed…
Really disappointed… I tried this app out with the free trial, and there was no reminder when it ended. I was charged over $100 for a yearly subscription and am not able to get a refund, even though I requested to cancel immediately after the charge went through (on the same day). I have always really been a huge fan of Spirit Daughter and supported their work, so I am surprised and disappointed because this feels slimy and unfair. Most other apps will allow you to cancel, while removing your access to premium content when things like this happen.

Can’t download tracks
Unfortunately not very practical if you can’t download the meditations to take on a walk with you, since movement helps you integrate mindset and perception shifts more effectively.
