Can’t train clone

Julian Ai (the instructor of the app) never responds to questions and Momento won’t let me train my ai clone. For over a month it keeps saying “we will let you know when you can start training your clone “ there are no instructions. I wanted to love this app but it’s useless to me as it doesn’t work and there is no instructions.
