Thank you

As a doctor who does med management for pregnant women, I’m thrilled somone finally committed to recommendations

4.99 a month not free

Just a PSA it’s 4.99 a month even though it appears free with in app purchases. Funds research.

No response from Customer Service

I purchased the membership and it has never even allowed me to login. I have emailed the college that runs the app and still no response. Do to lack of any response or assistance I do not recommend this app.

Not up to date.

I just paid for this app and definitely wasted my money. Better off going to a search engine. Their database is not up to date and anything you try to scan comes up as unknown. Not sure why it has as many stars as it does.

Response from developer

Hello! We’re sorry to hear you had this experience. Our goal is to provide accurate, science-based information on medications during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and we know it can be frustrating when an item isn’t in our database yet. We focus on the most commonly used medications first, and if research doesn’t exist, our university lab works to fill those gaps—but it takes time. The app helps fund that research so we can keep expanding and updating.

Worst app ever

Any OTC medication that I’ve typed in says unknown risk. Even ones my OB has said that’s safe. Waste of money. Don’t bother with this app.

No access to account

I bought a subscription and was charged the fee and the app login doesnt recognize me as a having an account. Yet when i try to resubscribe it says o already have an account. And i cant find any email for customer service

We also have a free call center open 8–3 CST at (806) 352-2519, if you’d prefer to talk with someone directly. We’d love to help you get this resolved.

Unable to access app and paid for subscription

I bought this as I’m pregnant and sick and trying to see what I can safely take. I registered and paid for the subscription just for me to get an error message saying I didn’t put in an email or password which I did as you have to, to register. I got an email saying I subscribed but everytime I go to log in it says there’s no account with my email that exists…. Very confused and disappointed

Amazing App

Incredible app to look up medications that are safe for pregnancy and lactation

Very poor database

I tried to search a dozen of medications and they all come back as no data, unknown. Well, that certainly does not help. I think for a paid app the database would be better

Does not work

Will not even let me sign up…. It just keep loading and never processed the registration.

Login doesn’t work

I paid but it says my id doesn’t exist. There’s no one to contact or any help button. Apple won’t give a refund. Is this a scam?

Horrible app.

Most of the time when I click on a medication it won’t open it. It’s loads and goes back to the top of the page. This app is trash.

App Not Funtional

I purchased this app by recommendation of a website. Mind you, this app is not free and it is almost totally un-usable. It glitches more times than not, you can’t find what your looking for, the buttons on the top and bottom of the screen are not accessible as they run off the page, so it was a complete waste of a purchase and subscription. Save yourself the time and headache and go to a different app.

Ah! We made an update, and it obviously didn't go well. Thank you for letting us know...we've updated the update, and all is well again. Please email us for further resolution.

Amazing!

Amazing! I’m in Australia and we do not have a equivalent, evidence based resource that is accessible and easy to use. Thank you!

Response from developer

Thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear it’s helpful, and we love that our app is being used worldwide!

Highly disappointed

I downloaded this app to hopefully consolidate all of my meds/vitamins/supplements to make sure everything was within safe range for pregnancy. This app practically has zero information. Wasted $4.99 on the app because you had to pay before you could use it. It should at least have a free trial before purchasing so one could see what they were buying before actually buying it.

Hello! It sounds like you are dissatisfied with the amount of data available to support decisions on pregnancy/breastfeeding. We are too! Our philosophy is that if the research doesn’t exist, we’ll do it (we are a university lab)…but we can’t do it all at once. Info for the most common medications are available prior to purchase. We would love for the entire app to be free but, right now, it pays for a large part of our research. Please email us for further resolution.

It’s not actually free

Free download but says it costs 3.99 as soon as you open the app. Make it cost 3.99 to begin with then instead of making it seem free when it isn’t. False advertising.

A Mom Essential

This app has been amazing through my TEN years of nursing and pregnancy! I recommend it every new mom. The hotline has also been helpful at some very stressful times.

Thank you :) It's good to hear of our positive impact!

My wife still can’t log in.

She’s emailed support and clicked forget password many times. Nobody responds to her emails and she doesn’t get an email. She’s checked every folder and searched by keywords. Nothing. I want a refund if we can’t get access. This is ridiculous.

Response from developer

Migraine meds

Don’t waste your money. Every possible option says they don’t know the risk. I’m mad I wasted my money on this app. Disappointed.
