Response from developer

Hi there — We’re so sorry to hear this didn’t feel valuable to you. While there’s a lot of information online, the Moms on Call app is designed to bring everything together in one place with clear, age-based schedules, real-time tracking, and personalized guidance from our team of consultants and pediatric nurses. For many families, that clarity and consistency makes all the difference—especially in the middle of the night. If you’re open to it, we’d love to help you get more out of the app. You can reach us anytime at support@momsoncall.com

Subscription Locked

Free app that cannot be used without a subscription. Mind as well charge to download app at all, waste of time.

Response from developer

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sorry that our subscription options weren’t clear upfront. Due to the way Apple has designed its purchase flow—and because we offer multiple subscription options—subscriptions must be handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system. This allows parents to download the app first and then choose the subscription that best fits their needs, since we know there’s no one-size-fits-all option for every family or stage. We understand how this could feel frustrating if it wasn’t what you expected, and we truly apologize for that confusion. This feedback helps us continue improving how we communicate our subscription model. Each subscription unlocks full access to features like personalized schedules for your baby, one-touch logging for feeds, sleep, and diapers, the ability to ask questions in our community forum, and easy sharing with other parents and caregivers. Upgraded subscriptions include one-on-one chat support with Moms on Call consultants and online course access. We encourage you to explore all of our features at app.momsoncall.com. If you’d like help choosing the subscription that best meets your needs, our team would love to help—please reach out anytime at support@momsoncall.com.

Poorly functioning app

This is the second time I’m using the moms on call app and I have several issues, it is constantly saying that I do not have a schedule and showing a blank schedule despite being logged in and having an active membership. I have to delete the app and redownload it to see my schedule. In addition you cannot adjust the times like you could have with the previous app which makes adjusting your day very difficult in viewing terms for a very expensive app.
You’re better off with only the book! Don’t waste your money

Response from developer

Hi there — We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. That definitely isn’t the experience we want for you, and are always happy to work through any bugs that users experience. If you’ll email us at support@momsoncall.com, our team would love to help get your account fully working again (without having to delete/redownload), and make sure your schedule loads correctly moving forward. Also — you can adjust schedule times in the app, and we’d be happy to show you exactly where that setting is so the schedule works for your day. 💛 Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback — we’d love the chance to make this right.

Pointless- does not customize to baby

I had high hopes, but this app is pretty pointless. All it does is show you a suggested schedule that you can’t adjust based on what your baby actually did. For example, I have my baby’s wake time set to 8am, however she woke up at 840am today. The app does not adjust her daily schedule for the actual wake time so it shows she should be playing right now instead of eating. I thought I would be able to enter that she actually woke at 840am and it would show me how I should adjust her day accordingly. Immediately canceled this, not worth $15/month for a basic schedule.

Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback — and we’re sorry this was frustrating. The Moms on Call method is built around structure and consistency, so the app does not shift the entire day based on wake windows or one-off late wake-ups. We’ve found that constantly changing schedules based on wake windows can lead to inconsistency and more frustration. The schedule can be personalized within reason while still keeping the Moms on Call foundation. If baby wakes later than planned, we recommend simply picking up with the next scheduled feed time to stay consistent and get back on track. And beyond the schedule, the app includes activity/milestone logging, daily guidance, and access to real Moms on Call Consultants who actively answer questions inside the app. If you’d like help tailoring your routine, please email us at support@momsoncall.com — we’d love to help.
