Due to the way Apple has designed its purchase flow—and because we offer multiple subscription options—subscriptions must be handled through Apple’s in-app purchase system. This allows parents to download the app first and then choose the subscription that best fits their needs, since we know there’s no one-size-fits-all option for every family or stage. We understand how this could feel frustrating if it wasn’t what you expected, and we truly apologize for that confusion. If you’ll email us at support@momsoncall.com, our team would love to help get your account fully working again (without having to delete/redownload), and make sure your schedule loads correctly moving forward. Pointless- does not customize to baby

Thanks for your feedback — and we’re sorry this was frustrating. The Moms on Call method is built around structure and consistency, so the app does not shift the entire day based on wake windows or one-off late wake-ups. We’ve found that constantly changing schedules based on wake windows can lead to inconsistency and more frustration. The schedule can be personalized within reason while still keeping the Moms on Call foundation. If baby wakes later than planned, we recommend simply picking up with the next scheduled feed time to stay consistent and get back on track. And beyond the schedule, the app includes activity/milestone logging, daily guidance, and access to real Moms on Call Consultants who actively answer questions inside the app. If you’d like help tailoring your routine, please email us at support@momsoncall.com — we’d love to help.
