Disappointing
App doesn’t update to reflect my child growing. I’m stuck in the 0-4 weeks schedule and it will not display the next schedule now that my child is older than 4 weeks. Also the display for the scheduler is odd. Not much info on the app and the book is much easier to follow and more comprehensive. The app needs to be more user friendly and more updated.

How do you rate the quality of information that won’t load? Good concept. But just because the app wants my kid to sleep until 4am…it doesn’t mean they will??? So then what? We don’t know…bc the info doesn’t load.

Love MOC, hate this app
MOC has been a life saver for me as a first time mom. I was so excited when I saw they had an app, but it’s quite possibly the worst developed app I’ve ever tried to work with. It took me 30 minutes to just move the bath time on the scheduler… so disappointing! I loved the notifications and the info tab… but this app just isn’t user friendly at all. I can see the vision, but it really needs some work.
P.s. moms, ChatGPT actually made me a MOC schedule that I keep in my notes app & use reminders as notifications. And that’s free (:

App Glitches
I wish I could get a refund for this - the app never works and I haven’t been able to access my subscription for two months now. It’s unfortunate because the schedule was actually somewhat helpful when it did work.
Can’t even begin to use it
Deleted app and canceled subscription- like other recent reviewers, it won’t let me create my child’s profile and is clearly bugged with buffering.

What’s going on with this app? Newly downloaded, newest iPhone, it’s incredibly buggy and unusable and I just bought the subscription.
BUGGY, doesn’t even work
I was excited for the app since I bought the book and everything has worked so well. I can’t even add my child, the loading symbol is on the front screen, I put my phone down and let it load. I was watching a tv show while waiting, ending up waiting TEN minutes and it still never loaded! I tried this multiple times throughout the day. Could never add my child or get past the Home Screen, waste of time.

Loading symbol keeps spinning
It was my first time using the app and I couldn’t even add my child. It just keeps spinning and never loads. Attempted to force close, delete and redownload, and just wait. Nothing resolves it.

Best for early weeks
I used mom’s on call books and typical days and my stuff is currently in storage because we are moving overseas so I needed the schedules. The app was great especially the schedules and short videos, but I wanted a bit more information. It was a little glitchy as well and I felt the price was a bit high for what you get. However- my baby was sleeping through the night (except occasionally one middle of the night feed at 2-4am) by 12 weeks. Their system really works!!!

Needs a lot of work
I wish they would spend a little time to actually make this scheduler work. The only good part is that it notifies you when the next schedule item is here. Nursing timer resets if you hit pause, you can’t add in total time or times on each breast. The customize schedule feature is a joke. It won’t let me move anything. I think the daily stats page needs updates and to be able to easily edit from the first page instead of each individual page. Plus on the individual stats page you can only edit a time you’ve already put in, so if you realize you forgot to put a time in you have to go back to the main page and clumsily do it. I’d also like to see weekly stats on a chart so I can see patterns of my baby isn’t following the schedule.

It’s fine but you can get better from other apps
Did the free trial with our newborn since the books came highly recommended. Started doing the tracking but like others said, it’s buggy. What lost me was that I couldn’t log into a joint account on my wife’s phone - you can only be on the same account if you log into your Apple account on their phone?? That made me look at other apps so now my wife and I are using Huckleberry. We will probably still use the schedules from moms on call, but we cancelled the app subscription. Just lots of bells and whistles that are missing for this paid app that other apps do better and sometimes for free

Buggy
This app is very buggy. I have heard how much success parents have with the MOC schedule and I’m determined to stick with them but for the price you pay for this app, it’s very underwhelming.
The worst feature is the timer for nursing. If you pause it, the timer restarts. You cannot type in the time, so if you forget to start the timer you can’t back log it. Half the time, I start the timer and when I go to end the timer it closed the app completely.
