This is a very large business unable of fielding an app that actually works for customers.
Does the developer actually test the app before releasing it?
The experience is so poor that even giving it one star feels generous.
To be honest, the app feels like it was developed without strong iOS expertise. It contains numerous bugs, and the user interface is quite disappointing. Unfortunately, this reflects a common issue seen in many local apps, where UI/UX design appears to be overlooked.
