I gave it 4 stars because it was easy to make a payment. I didn’t give it 5 stars because there wasn’t anywhere to say what the payment was for. I want to be able to say which month’s rent I’m paying.

The interface is clean and everything is where it should be (at least for paying rent) easy to set up and keep going.
Questionable
The app has always been a bit slow and awkward but I just deal with it. The last two months however have been questionable. It doesn’t load or when it finally does load the screen is frozen so I can’t use it to pay my rent and I have to spend an extra $5 by using a bill pay place. (I Never have liked paying my rent this way, but it’s probably the company that controls things)
