No help unless you speak Japanese
My hotel in Tokyo wants me to download this app so I can request early check-in. I am a Member and early check-in is supposedly a Member benefit, but this can only be arranged through the app. I downloaded the app but everything is in Japanese, which I don’t speak or read, so it is useless to me. So I have uninstalled it.
