Please add VoiceOver accessibility - Blind people deserve Monero
I really want to use Cake Wallet because it is open source and supports Monero, but as a completely blind iPhone user, I simply can’t use it independently. VoiceOver accessibility is not where it needs to be.
Many buttons are unlabeled or are announced simply as “Button,” making it impossible to know what they do. Navigation is inconsistent, focus sometimes jumps unpredictably, and some controls cannot be accessed or understood with VoiceOver at all. Tasks that should be straightforward, such as creating a wallet, sending funds, receiving funds, or navigating settings, become frustrating or impossible without sighted assistance.
This is especially disappointing because a cryptocurrency wallet should allow users to maintain their independence and privacy. Blind users should not have to rely on another person just to manage their own money.
I hope the developers prioritize accessibility by properly labeling controls, improving VoiceOver navigation, and testing the app with real blind users. Cake Wallet has the potential to be an excellent wallet for everyone, but until accessibility is taken seriously, I cannot recommend it to other VoiceOver users.

The user experience with trezor 7 will be great, I just ordered a trezor 7 to pair via bluetooth with cake wallet , I run my own monero node, this wallet connects to my personal node, wallet is open source, save addresses first to never send to a wrong address, this wallet hits all the checkmarks ✅✅✅✅✅

It’s great, works as expected and includes goodies that expand the usability of Monero.
Looks like a scam
It looks like many people loose their money after storing them in this app - the developers are probably lying about the wallet being “non-custodial” - they probably steal your private keys and then randomly choose people to steal their money even if they claim they don’t. After that they’re writing nice comments like “please contact our support” which does nothing.

I used to use Exodus wallet, and still do for some other things, for Monero. When they stopped supporting XMR I stressed and had to look elsewhere. Thankfully I found this Cake Monero wallet. The interface is slick and intuitive, and it syncs with the chain way faster than Exodus did. It also has in app swaps, through a third party which is risky, but I haven’t had any problems at all. Great app

Lost access to wallet
I just lost access to my wallet I can’t even use my code to unlock the app
The sync does not work
The synchronization doesn’t work in this app, tried different vpns and still it is 😪
Stop removing and changing themes
I have loved the inclusion of various themes, but now everything has been removed and the colors chosen are bland and uninspiring. If you’re going to continue updating the themes and icon please allow us to have the option to save the previous themes, import/export them, and try not to remove things so quickly.

Very comfy app to work with minero, have some UI issues tho - you can’t sent xmr until full sync, “send” button is just disabled and you have no means to know why
