Progression Bug, Unable to Buy the Fourth Bank
I really enjoy this game and appreciate the work the developers have done. Unfortunately, I have encountered a serious progression bug. I have fully upgraded all three banks, completed the gold mine, finished the auction activities, and completed every available upgrade. However, my current objective still says “Buy Fourth Bank”, but the fourth bank never appears on the map. I have already contacted support four times. After one of my emails, my game was manually advanced from level11 to 12, but the exact same issue happened again. At this point, I have no way to continue playing. I would sincerely appreciate it if the development team could review my save file and fix this issue without resetting my progress. I really enjoy the game and hope this can be resolved soon. If fixed, I will be happy to update my review to five stars

No 4th bank!
Love this game, but worked so hard to get to the next bank and it has literally not been released in the game yet ! Super frustrating
Do not pay for no ads
Played the game all day and liked it enough to pay for no ads. Unfortunately unlike other games when you do this it’s not actually ad free you still have to watch ads for upgrades and other things. Another issue I have is having to pay for any help with real cash and not just buying them in game. There should be a point where you can hire these characters with in game items. Anyways not sweating the $7 but would be nice to pay for no ads and receive no ads.

Very good game but I don't understand why they haven't created level 4 I've been waiting for that for more than 2 months and they haven't done anything yet...

Can’t get to the 4th bank
Cute game but doesn’t let you get past the third bank. I cleared the objective and filled bank 3 vault to the max with cash and gold. Objective cleared but still doesn’t give me the option to purchase the 4th bank. Don’t bother downloading this game.

Doesn’t even work. I played for not even 5 minutes and then it wanted me to update the vault, but there was absolutely no way to do it. It got stuck right after the FIRST TIME you craft gold bars. Wanted me to be level 3 to be able to upgrade the vault, but there was no possible way for me to reach level 3 cause I couldn’t get anymore level points unless I upgraded the vault. Like 5 mins in and the game is already unusable due to a flaw in the design. How do you put something like this out? But looking at the other comments, seems I was gonna be hit with an ad paywall soon anyways, so your broken app just saved me some time I guess

Fun but flawed
The fact that certain workers cost real money with no other option is trash. Forced ads on top of an already ad heavy game is also silly. It’s a shame because I find the game fun but as usual rather than be content with ad watching revenue devs get greedy and ruin the experience.

The first few minutes are fun—or at least amusing—if you’re just looking for something light and don’t want to play a game that requires much effort. But, as mentioned, that’s only true for the first few minutes. After that, you’re bombarded with ads so frequently that the game loses all of its fun and charm.
The whole game follows the mindset of: either buy the ad-free version, or you might as well uninstall it. I chose the latter.
After a while, the constant ads become so excessive that there’s no real gameplay flow left. It feels like you get an ad every 10 seconds or after every five clicks. The way this game has turned out, it’s nothing but a garbage game.

Let down, and no support.
Spent money on in game add ons. Events never show up as advertised. No additional level past 3. It was fun and killed the time but there’s really no point. Customer service never responds either.
