Have used this app for about 10 years. The errors that occurred were made by me. Got my $ worth.

Tried a 5 of these programs and this one went the furthest !
Unfortunately it seems I’m unable to email any reports. The Apple Store states the app required to read the report is not available in the UK.
There are a few other niggles as noted below, but not much point in repeating them.
Will go back to the mainframe and create my own.

Easy to use
Really good app. Easy to set up and keep track of budget
Very User Friendly
After testing several apps of this type I find Money Monitor easy to use making it quick to enter transactions etc. It has a simple clean interface which also gives you all the data you need to track your expenses and spending.
The only thing I would add is when setting up savings budgets it would be great to be able to enter a target amount and perhaps savings goal (eg. new car).

This was a brilliant app. But now it is a real pain. I had paid for no adds. Now without warning they have changed everything. I have lost 6 months of information. It will now only take 500 transactions. I need to delete older stuff so I can use it and it crashes every time I delete an item. I am saving all the reports I can and deleting this app as it has gone from a brilliant app to a complete nightmare.

Very good app, but .....
I have been using this app for a number of years, when I. First got it you could sync the iPhone app with the iPad app, which proved to be just what I wanted.
The app has allowed me to keep my finances in order, i was really pleased with it and recommended it to all my friends.
Then came the major upgrade, the new version proved very capable in managing your finances, presentation had improved and the app was more user friendly.
However, for some unknown reason the author of this wonderful money management app decided to make the two apps incompatible, you can no longer sync the iPhone app with the iPad app.
When the iPad app came out I immediately downloaded it, I felt at £4.95 it was a gift, but, when I found the apps would not sync, I deleted the app and claimed my money back.
Several people have raised this problem, but the author has ignored them and has not made changes that would allow the tho programs to Sync.
This really is a shame, I cannot see any reason for producing such an excellent program that works on iPhone and iPad yet not allowing them to work together.

Great app
But what good is the info, if you can’t print it? I’ve tried contacting support, no help there. Until this app can print, it’s useless.

Latest upgrade sucks big time
I’ve found the app is a great little app for what it does, does it effectively. The latest update destroys its effectiveness. First of all, on the accounts page, the listings are so large now, what used to fit on one page, now takes two. Deleting an entry used to be simple and forthright, now, you have to search for the way to delete individual listings on the accounts page. The latest update adds a bunch of new icons, and reassigns previously used icons to new icons. You’ll have to go and change ALL your icons, if you use icons to distinguish categories. In my case, what used to be a ledger became an airplane. The icons are also pretty lame. Whereas the layout used to be rich looking, now it is garish, little more than white with coloured pencils. If I could, I would roll back to the previous version.

It crashes all the time. I bought the full version, and it crashed and I lost all my data.
A great app!
I have been looking for an app that can help me keep track of my finances and I am happy with this one.
Slightly disappointed
Would be perfect if you split transaction into multiple budgets. Split categories. Also needs more icons.
Okay App
A big improvement would be to add the option of splitting an expenditure between two or more categories.

I find this to be one of the best or the best app for tracking expenses and income. They do answer your questions (via e-mail) as soon as possible. Believe me, I have tried practically all of the free apps designed for personal information. I recommend this app to everyone wanting a personal app.

Very basic - with a fundamental gripe
I want to enter transactions from more than a year ago and I need to scroll day by day. i.e. no year selection is available at all.
I have hundreds of past transactions and this is such a basic deal breaker. Suddenly my day by day back scrolling is giving me 1980, then 1960, 1950, 1928. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!
This is such basic functionality to get right.

Bug with delete function
Trying to delete a line item by swiping to the left on the item and then pressing the delete function, kicks you out of the program.
Wrote to company and was told that the next update would fix this. STILL waiting must now update its app. Too bad, nice app otherwise.
