Set to wrong event
The app is set to asia and no way to switch with event happening next week, in Europe. No way to access the network making ticket nearly useless. The event itself is overpriced. Staff is elitist.
Login credentials don’t work
Can’t log in to the app because it doesn’t accept my web credentials. Can log into the website with no issues.
App doesn’t work at all
Unable to register even though tickets were purchased months in advance. Tech support is non-existent.
Buggy, unreliable app
Each year its buggy. This year you cannot chat from the app only on desktop. Selecting meeting location is tedious. Sponsors dont show in app.
