Slower to process
Reason for the 4 star. Is good app but processing for anything is very slow. Which makes you worry when transferring funds, if the transaction is completed or not.

Glitchy app
Kept rejecting all transfers. Tried different payment method and it worked. But guess what? The payments they kept rejecting, one of them got randomly accepted. Dangerous
Convenient
The most easy and convenient mode of remittance. While others require so many documents in spite of the multiple remittances history to the same persons and account details. They will still complicate it at some stage of the transaction. Takes forever to review the documents submitted, inconvenient and very frustrating. I hope moneygram will still stay as easy as possible. Thank you moneygram!

Not that easy to use
It used to be easy to log in and use but it’s getting more and more difficult. Choosing the way that the money will be sent : couldn’t it figure it out
