Missing the essential

When you look for a personal finance app, one desires three things: track what happened in the past, my current situation, and what can happen in the future. This app lacks the capability to look at future cash flow issues

Buggy app; can’t even login after registration

App is expected to send a passcode to your email ID and phone number after the initial registration and you never get them even if you try “resend code” multiple times. Without the passcode, you can’t even login. Deleted the app on first day itself.

Unable to log in

I couldn’t log in again after registering. It would send a code to my phone number each time I tried to log in and then tell me that that phone number was already registered (which of course it was, by me)

Cannot pay for a plan to use the app, does this even work?

I attempted to sign up for the premier plan but every payment method I tried failed because of a 'bank issue.' Weird that every bank has an issue right now. None of the attempted transactions displayed on the respective banks portals and even Apple Pay failed. This was attempted on Brave, Firefox and the ios app. Then deleting my account took two attempts.

Unbelievable UI

The app supports the most data aggregators (5) on the entire market. Meanwhile the UI is really shocking! I honestly can’t believe how can someone managed to make it so ugly and confusing unintentionally. Perhaps that’s just modern art.
