App doesn’t work
I have an Apple subscription for Money Week and a week ago the App stopped downloading the magazine. Money Week wouldn’t help - it’s Apple’s problem! Apple online customer support is a wash the hands, contact Money Week. Who in their right minds would purchase a subscription from Apple if this is the way they treat their customers?

No dates on articles or search
Great that’s lots of content, but when you search in the app there is no article date shown, nor even when you go into the article itself. That’s pretty basic.

Difficult to navigate
Great articles as always, but no index when I use my iPhone, with multiple articles on the same page which you need to scroll through and no idea where you are in the magazine.
Don’t is too small and light
I can barely read anything. Either use a normal font with normal weight or if you want to get all fancy, please give me an option to use the reader view or choose a standard font.

Love the magazine but app glitches becoming a pain
I try my best not to miss reading the magazine. Got digital version as accessible both in iPad and mobile. Not letting me load new issues which is frustrating. May resolve to paper format, hope gets delivered in time

Please create an app where it’s easy to use with features where you can save or highlight content.
No longer works
This app was great for ages. However, something has happened at Future Publishing and it appears that subscribers can no longer log in?
Customer references or account numbers are not recognised by the app or the web portal! Therefore you now have to telephone their help desk on a weekly basis to be given access to the web version which is not as good as the app.
The help desk staff have no idea when the issue will be resolved?

Where is everyone
So, I have been a paid subscriber for a few months but have recently been logged out by the app. It no longer recognizes my login details and NO ONE has responded to my email pleas.
What’s more, the telephone number doesn’t work.
Have they gone out of business?

Single edition purchase not working
The Help page states that single editions can be purchased by tapping on the edition cover and following the instructions. But there are no instructions.
Very straightforward and easy to use
I’ve been using the MW app for about 6 months now and have never had any issues with it. I have read some of the older negative reviews but it seems like those bugs/issues have been fixed. Just make sure you click to have it downloaded as a pdf to have it formatted the most user-friendly way.

The magazine is a defender of capitalism and is generally right of centre - very very rare in modern business publications, so 5* for the publication, coverage and quality of writing.
The app is fine. Some glitches, but that’s fine. It’s easy to navigate but there isn’t much by way of settings, eg a dark background with white text. The sizing of text is also done by pressing one button rather than selecting from a scale.

Great Magazine but the app is hopeless
I cannot rate the magazine enough but the app keeps closing on my ipad. I have downloaded the latest version so I’m unsure as to why it keeps doing this.

I’ve read so many issues, they get to the point, these guys are the smartest writers, brilliant.
Can not access
Despite having an unexpired subscription via ITunes I can no longer access this. Message says expired when try to Restore. It has not. Apple sends me to publisher. Emailed published and await a response. Wishing I hadn’t wasted money on 3 month subscription now.

I want simplicity - simple login details, simple access to my subscription, simple access to my settings, an app that remembers me.
I also want the app to just work! No messing about. The first magazine downloaded ok, then it just abruptly stopped and asked me to pay. Very frustrating.
The magazine content is OK - but it’s hard to like the writers. They are totally narrow minded and self interested.

Hassles to use
1) Scrolling down often trigger accidental ‘flip’ to the next or last page,
2) After the above accident, you have to return to back to the page you were on, and then you need to scroll down to the paragraph you were reading,
3) Have to tap the text size icon 3 times to get to medium size.
4) The text size can change by accident too, so you go back to 3),
5) Some sections, usually the ones with pink background, have fixed size text that CANNOT BE CHANGED,
6) The good news is, the text on the pink are fixed in SMALL text size.
7) it doesn’t have the intelligence to remember where you last left off and default to the beginning.
One good point is, at least the texts are not in grey like many other platforms.
