Database disappeared after update app
my database disappeared and i can not find SYNCbits login method in app after I update to 2026.28.1 version

Hi CC user, we're so sorry — a bug in version 2026.28.1 accidentally logged some users out of their database, which is why all your data appeared to be gone. This affected both free and paid users. We've fixed this in version 2026.28.2, now available in the App Store. Please update and your data should be back. Buggy as hell, really regretting this
Been using this for a week and the import is incomplete, won’t sync with any reliability, and requires constant restarts to interact with transactions. Oh, and it won’t connect with student loan servicers. i don’t want a refund, I want the functionality that was promised.
Will not keep a connection
I have been trying for 3 days with technical support to get this to work. The initial Plaid connection works, and after that it will not update and I get errors. I have disconnected and reconnected the accounts three times per tech support and it’s the same thing. They keep saying that Plaid says the connection is lost and to disconnect and reconnect. I’m not doing this a 4th time. This is a great idea if it worked, but somehow Plaid and this app cannot continuously talk to each other. And they only respond at 2am when I’m asleep with no option for phone support. This is with two separate banking entities so I know it is not the bank.

Very Dissapoinbting
Used Moneywiz a while ago and very happy with it. The “Upgrade” to the 2026 version seems to have broken the whole thing. I paid for the premium version, but the system is stuck ion demo mode. Help files only reference the previous version, and no-one is on the help chat. Going to cancel the whole thing as its just too much trouble.

Just what i wanted
I really liked MSMoney but wanted something that once set up would automate everything and still allow for manual entry. I also wanted access via a mobile and to be able to see ahead how much or how little money I would have. This app does it all. Getting on for two years use and all is good including customer service. It is worth the cost.

I have bought multiple pre-made spreadsheets on Etsy, created my own, and gone through countless rounds of trial and error. I was constantly transferring data from one spreadsheet to another, trying to make everything work the way I needed it to.

It goes FAR beyond what I was looking for, and it’s fantastic! My husband and I manage both a business and our household finances, and finding a system that could handle both without everything clashing was nearly impossible.

This app has given me a clear picture of our business finances, household budget, upcoming bills, and tax planning categories all in one system.

Latest update a disaster
The latest update is the worst I’ve experienced. In both my Mac and IPhone it keeps freezing, says I have no licence and app keeps crashing. I regret downloading it and migrating my accounts to iCloud sync. Doesn’t seem to have been fully tested.
Update 7/6/26 - after going back and forth with Silverwiz and spending literally hours uninstalling and reinstalling to try to get it to work I decided to go back to the old sync method which seems stable. Despite backing up my data from the iCloud version the import failed and I had no option but to go back to the data I had when I switched to iCloud and spend several hours rekeying all of my transactions from the last couple of months. Absolute disaster. I’m shocked that Apple let this update through as it’s a bag of spanners.

Plaid Bank Access Broken
Plaid connect to investments work but connect to credit cards, savings and else is broken. Please, fix. Not a plaid issue - Monarch Money works.
App is okay but needs work
The app is fine once you get used to the different interface. The interface does not display ledgers like other finance apps. It’s a bit different but not that hard to get used to. Creating custom reports isn’t as robust and customizable as other accounting or finance apps either. But, my biggest complaint is the syncing across devices. It’s never 100% accurate (and yes, I have iCloud syncing turned on). For example, today my net worth is synced properly but my reports are not. My laptop and iPhone are displaying different totals when I bring up custom reports I’ve created. This really needs to be addressed/fixed. Syncing is pretty much worthless if it’s not accurate.

At last - Sync that works
I have tried this app on and off for years hoping it could replace Microsoft Money. But only now that sync’ing is via iCloud does this actually work. I have still not gone premium again as the linking with multiple Chase accounts always went wrong and left out accounts but may try again.
Misleading pricing
Currently trying the demo version and I like what I see so far. I am looking to replace my Quicken with this. But the pricing listed in the description is misleading. Why can’t this be corrected?
