User reviews

Glitchy

I use this app for my job and it worked ok before. Now it logs me out quite often sometimes in the middle of me composing a message. Quite often I can’t log back in. Sometimes I can’t see messages while in the app. It’s beginning to be more trouble than it’s worth.

App won’t open on iPhone

Used to work great, and now the app won’t open on iPhone. Have updated, deleted and reinstalled, restarted phone - nothing works. Having to use it from a browser on mobile is frustrating.

No Segments on app

Why on earth would you create an app and not allow users to text segments they set-up in their account? The app works fine for me, but this seems like a big miss.

Often more trouble than it’s worth

This app continually crashes while I’m in the middle of a reply and forces me to log in repeatedly during the course of my work. It wasn’t alway like this but recently this app is hot garbage.

So-so

The app is glitchy—it works, but sometimes it flips around recent conversations in a weird order or makes them disappear entirely, making the user have to search the name. The look of the app is great, design, colors, and concept is all good, it just doesn’t function all too well. Another problem: when you go to type a message, the screen automatically scrolls up and most recent message is covered by the keyboard. Just like it’s internet counterpart, the mobile app is average, to poor in user interface. If the glitches are fixed, this could be a great app! Overall, functional but not perfect
