Garbage app, garbage prices
The app won’t let me choose a store, which means I can’t make an order. I’m not gonna use the web, I’m not gonna call, can’t trust the pizza anymore if I can’t even trust the app.
Great satisfaction
Good pizza if the right cook is in there. I’ve been eating Monical’s for years now the young ones are in there cooking some got it packed down and some it’s an challenge. But I love Monical’s. Oh yes they also make it right if you’re not satisfied. ❤️❤️
No order history
No order history. Now I can’t track my order. The app is way too minimal. Might as well just use the internet browser to order online.

Terrible
This app is absolutely terrible. It may be the worst app I’ve ever used. Every time I try to order through the app it fails. The coupon codes NEVER work properly. It is not worth the space it takes on the phone. The app developer team needs to do better.
Worst app ever
Love Monicals, but their app is horrendous. It runs like a webpage (and not a well-designed one). Clunky doesn’t even begin to describe. It also hasn’t been updated in a year (unsurprisingly). The order tracking function is completely useless. For a company with one of the most expensive pizzas, you should spend some money to hire an app developer. Pizza (and food in general) ordering is largely electronic now. Focus on making it easy, accessible, and up-to-date. Like I started, I love pizza, but your app is a disgrace to your company.

While our app still uses the mobile web interface from our POS platform, we have improved performance and added features to make it more usable and user friendly. Please give version 6.2 a try.

App wouldn’t take my card. Dominoes did. That cheesy bread was dope not too mention a lot cheaper.

The amateurish terrible design of the website and the app makes me mad. Doesn’t even work half the time, you’re losing easy money.
You have so many successful locations , take the time invest some money into a working online ecosystem. It’s 2021, this shouldn’t be hard.

The app is outdated
I’m very disappointed in this app that Monical’s pizza has given to it’s customers. They are one of the more premier pizza places in central Illinois, and charge like it, yet this app is extremely difficult to use, non intuitive, and inefficient. More often than not, we just end up calling the store to place the order. Please invest in a better solution.

Can’t store gift cards
Just purchased gift cards as part of the Chris promotion. Went to the gift cards section of the app, it says “login to add gift cards to your account.” I logged in and the only options are to purchase a gift card, reload, or check balance. So, now I have to either save or print the email instead of being able to store online.

Broken app and website
This app and website no longer works on my old iPhone 7 Plus or my new iPhone 12 Max Pro. You start your order and both the website and app(which is just a web browser) continually notifies you that your session has expired. You log back in and does it again. I’ve deleted the app reinstalled, even deleted from iCloud, to get a fresh version. Still does not work.

Can’t sign in
This app has a great look but is completely nonfunctional. Cannot sign in. Cannot order. IPhone 8+
One of the worst apps ever
Probably the least user friendly app I’ve ever used.
Dinner made even easier!
I used this app to order dinner. It was so easy. I could check and it let me know when the pizza was out for delivery. Very nice.
Pitiful
Won’t accept coupons. If you need to make edits to your order, you would need to delete the whole order because it won’t allow you to edit. It makes you login to the app multiple times instead of saving your info. It freezes. It doesn’t allow you to pre order like the website allowed you too. When picking up a pizza, if charged to your card. The store says you didn't pay for the order on their end when you have the receipt of confirmation. To be a fan of pizza, this is a huge disappointment.

Can’t place orders not responsive after trying to enter the time you want the order ready.
Worthless
The menu option is a farce. All that is allowed is to build a pizza. The menu items are nowhere to be found. Deleted it.
Glorified web page
The app is nothing more than a web viewer. Better off to just go to website.
