Moniic Driver App

The Moniic Chauffeur application enables registered chauffeurs on the Moniic Platform to process and fulfill booking requests from users that request rides on the Moniic Customer App. The application provides a seamless interface for Chauffeurs to manage their availability to process bookings, as well as communicate with customers, identify pick-up and drop off locations and navigate to these locations. Depending on the jurisdiction, the App is either made for drivers that are employed by licensed and authorized limousine partners of Moniic Tech Electronics Transport Services LLC, or drivers that are directly employed under Moniic Tech Electronics Transport Services LLC. Moniic Tech Electronics Transport Services LLC makes every effort to remain fully compliant with the relevant local laws and regulations when it comes to providing ride-hailing services. Our app includes a feature that uses the audio setting in the UIBackgroundModes key to support background audio functionality. Specifically, this feature is designed to play a short notification sound, not exceeding 60 seconds, when a trip request is received by a driver while the app is running in the background. This ensures that drivers are promptly alerted to new trip requests even if they are not actively using the app, enhancing the app's functionality and user experience. This is the only scenario where background audio is utilized in our app. Note: The Moniic Chauffeur application is only accessible to registered users on the Moniic Platform. For tracking the real time location of the driver so the system can assign booking requests to the driver based on their proximity to the pick up location of the customer. 2. For displaying the real time location of the driver to the customer when a booking is confirmed and the driver is on the way to pick up the customer. 3. For analyzing the total trip fare to be charged to the customer at the end of a booking.
