They’ve gone downhill. really disappointed
I booked a ride on Moniic, but the driver started driving away from me instead of toward me. I called support, and all they told me was to cancel the ride and they would “refund” the cancellation fee. No rebooking offered, no real solution.
Moniic used to be a reliable app, but now it’s become practically useless. The service quality has dropped significantly, and customer support doesn’t seem to care about actually helping customers anymore. Really disappointed.

Do not use
Not reliable, support not helpful either
I booked a ride to airport one day before a flight, 30 min before pickup I receive a call driver is stuck in traffic and suggest I cancel the ride and book another one. They charged me cancellation fees and the new ride was at a higher rate. After several tries and explanations they finally responded and agreed to refund the cancellation fees and the fare difference. Unfortunately one month passed and it did not happen.
