After the update they add “lock channel by holding” and we can’t disable that! in live is TERRIBLE

Amazing app that breaks often
I really love this app for mixing iems. However, the most recent iOS update can see the sound board and when you click connect, you are met with a spinning wheel of death because they don’t have the app request access to your local network. The app won’t show up in the settings->privacy->local network location so you can’t toggle it off or on. Please fix this Yamaha

When it worked on iOS 18 it was great… no longer connects to tf5 so worthless
Issues
Like previous reviews. It will connect to one device but not on others. It sees it but just spins trying to connect. It works on the Androids and one IPhone. But everyone else with an iPhone can’t connect.

MM on iPhone
All it does is have the little wheel just spin and spin, however works just fine on iPad and my clients who installed it last year, works fine. Something might be wrong the phone app version

Recent update broke connection to Yamaha TF5
Since the most recent updates most iPhones will no longer connect to the Yamaha TF5. No other changes to the board or router. A couple of phones will still connect, most won’t.
Not working on iPhone 11 Pro
I have two iPhone 11 Pros on 18.1.1 and they both work request access for the local network. Therefore it won’t connect to my dm7. All my other iPhones work fine (13 mini etc)
Would be 5 stars if it still worked
I got a new phone and now it won’t connect to the mixer. Just keeps spinning to infinity after I select the right mixer. Made sure all the settings are an exact match to my partner’s phone where the app works and nothing.
Update broke app
An update in Nov/Dec 2024 seems to have broken the app for the majority of our band. Folks click the mixer to connect and get a spinning circle that never resolves. No network settings or mixing board settings have changed (CL5, latest firmware). iPad version seems to work but iOS and Android both seem to be having major problems connecting.
