Not working after recent update
Since the recent update the mixer isn’t detected automatically and manually adding the device doesn’t work because the IP address is changed after saving (050 gets 5 after saving).

Das neue Update macht Probleme mit unserem Yamaha QL5. Das Mischpult kann nicht mehr Automatisch gefunden werden. Die Sänger machen sich damit schwer. Und was richtig schlimm ist, ist dass man jetzt die IP Adresse nicht wie gewohnt einfügen kann. Es steht nur 000.000.000.000 und er er lässt beim eingeben einfach die Nullen weg. Also statt 50 übernimmt er 5. Bitte schnell beheben. Haben extreme Probleme momentan.

Very basic
Typical Yamaha app. Very basic and not much you can do. Also lately it keeps crashing and does not launch. Using it with the TF series. Disappointed.
Not working on ios18
Please update the app to work on latest iOS18 version. Works on my my pre ios18 devices but many musicians have ios18 +
App states it works on iOS18 but I know I’m not alone with it not working with iOS18.

Bei heruntergeladenem neuen IOS Update verbindet sich die App nicht mehr mit dem Mischpult.

O aplicativo parou de conectar
Desde a última versão lançada não consigo conectar mais meu celular IPhone 13 Pro a mesa… fica aparecendo uma mensagem de conectando e não acessa. Anterior a essa nova versão conectava normalmente.
O APP parou de funcionar no IOS.
O APP parou de funcionar no IOS. Aparece a mesa mais não conecta quando selecionado. A versão antiga não tinha problemas nenhum.

Fantastic app
This app is fantastic, it does exactly what it needs to do. One thing I have noticed is since I have updated to the new IOS 18 and the new app update, I can no longer connect to the desk. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with IOS or the app. If you can help me with this, that would be great.

IOS parou de conectar após atualização
A versão anterior conectava normal, após atualização aparece a mesa e fica conectando mas não conecta!
Apple devices won’t connect!
App is not prompting for permission to access devices on local network. Will spin forever while trying to connect. Literally unusable with current devices - please fix this app!
QL/CL Ja DM7 nicht zuverlässig
Auf den alten Yamaha Pulten ist alles super, bei der DM7 verbindet sich das iPhone und iPad nur kurz bis dann die die Geräte sich anfangen zu synchronisieren und entweder beim synchronisieren hängen bleiben oder die DM7 erst gar nicht mehr angezeigt wird. Selbst mit statischer IP und DHCP deaktiviert geht’s nicht… Schade eigentlich.
Klar, das Pult ist noch sehr neu und bestimmt wird das noch behoben. Aktuell ist die 1.56FW drauf stand 27.07.24.
Falls sich es ändert, werde ich das weitergeben!

Zuverlässige App
Die App funktioniert inzwischen sehr zuverlässig.
Newer Apple products
The other day, after a few months away… some of the band showed up with new iPads and/or iPhones. No one on a new device could connect to the TF with the app. Me personally, my iPad from 5 years ago, great. My brand new iPhone ProMax… nope. This seems to speak to Yamaha not updating the app enough. It created a scenario where the band was borrowing older devices from various IATSE guys for the gig. Not ideal. Yamaha, it’s a good product. Stay on top of it.

After this update, devices will no longer connect so we cannot control personal mixes

Devices auto updated to V2.2.0 no longer connect via wifi.
