Highly recommend! This app is amazing! The founder’s background includes being a leadership coach and the resources in the app help me to grow my faith and to be my best self! I love listening to the inspiring and practical “Daily Monk” sessions each morning. So interesting! The variety and multitude of sessions and prayers are awesome! For example, the same Psalms prayed each day by monks and nuns throughout the world are available! I have them on my Home Screen so I can listen to them too. The material is based on monastic wisdom developed over centuries, and I’m SO thankful it has been shared in this app. The Monk Mindset app is helpful and practical, and gives me peace. Highly recommend!

More Than a Meditation/Prayer App
I cannot recommend Monk Mindset highly enough for anyone trying to improve their spiritual life - but the content and schedules go way beyond prayer to cover mental and physical health, decision making, work and professional excellence, relationships, and more. This is the best app I’ve used for building habits to better fulfill my purpose in life. 10/10 would recommend.

This app brings a new approach to an ancient source of wisdom: monasticism. The teachings from monks and nuns is bite sized and practical making it much easier to apply small shifts every day, all aimed at building a more holistic and spiritually centered lifestyle. The commitment building and app blocking features also assist the follow through by applying the wisdom learned into concrete yeses (the commitments) and nos (app blocking)—super helpful in a world full of distractions.

Monk Mindset is not a “prayer app,” it’s more of a holy-lifestyle app. A guide to living a saintly life. It has helped me integrate my love for God into every aspect of my life, not just moments of prayer. It’s basically a map for the journey towards unity with God.

This app requires a future subscription in order to fully enjoy the experience of being able to commit peace and productivity. An $11.99 a month or $69.99 a year subscription rate after the 7 or 14 days free trial is ridiculous! Why not fully help the individual who wants to participate in peace? Money is tight right now especially with bad things going around us! No but thanks!

Learning to be more peaceful
The name tells you what the content wants to accomplishment - a mindset like a monk. The various monks give different perspectives on the life of a monk and how prayer centers their lives. The challenges provide structure while imparting information. It’s the mixture of prayer and how important community is to reaching a greater understanding of God’s peace that draws me to this app. The lessons are concise and easy to understand. Yes, sometimes the app can be glitchy, but that’s small inconvenience and a chance to practice patience.
