I have buy this apps RM199/year. But why i cannot sign in this app?

ซื้อแบบจ่ายรายปีมา ไม่ได้เข้าเล่นนานละ พอจะเข้าไปให้ลูกดู ก็เข้าดูไม่ได้ ทั้งทั้งที่ยังไม่ครบหนึ่งปีเลย แย่มาก
New version
Are use this app almost for four years. It was really good but the new version is terrible. I don’t understand why they changed it. I paid it this year, but I would not pay for it from now on.

Went from good to terrible
I usually don’t review apps, however, after the recent“upgrade “I just had to say something. The original version had very colorful and interesting animations. The games were well thought out, and they were a lot more attractive visually but somehow through the “upgrade “everything was significantly downgraded. The games don’t look as visually appealing and all of the animations look way worse than the original they also don’t have any feature to allow you to skip lessons that contain content your child may already know instead you have to painfully and tediously work through a lesson with sometimes six or seven activities inside the lesson in order to progress to the next lesson, which still may not get you to where your child’s level may be. There’s real no change to this app, except for adding a few AI generated videos and significantly downgrading almost every other aspect of the app don’t waste your time or your money. Was it was a great app with great potential somehow they ruined it.

Setelah Free trial 7 hari,Saya sudah bayar langganan 1 bulan sebesar 129 rb. Pembayaran berhasil, saldo shopepay saya sudah terpotong tgl 30 Mei.
Tapi tgl 7 Juni sudah ditagih pembayaran lg utk langganan. Dan program kembali ke settingan Gratisan yg terbatas.
