Fun diversion
I enjoy the game, but sometimes the “free” puzzles are preceded with an ad. Workaround is to force quit and open the app again.
Word Game?
I have been playing this for years and it is becoming more and more a game of finding the proper name of some illusive so called famous person or athlete from some country never heard of. It is getting really disappointing.
Locking up after add
I have always liked this game and its challenges, but the ads are so annoying (such as Nordstrom’s over and over), and my iPad locks up on the last Shop Now screen.
A Keeper
This is part of my morning routine. Sometimes the categories are clever, sometimes a little much, and sometimes they get it wrong. But I keep coming back.

Easy or Challenging
I’ve enjoyed this game for years! “Hard” setting. Great morning wake-up. Sometimes the puzzles are quick and easy and sometimes challenging.

Ad’s are crazy!
I have had monkey wrench for years and I really enjoy it. However, the ad’s are ridiculous! Even if a game I already have comes up, I have to sit through a boring ad for it.
This morning an ad came up and after watching it, I couldn’t get rid of it.
I just keep closing it time after time!
You can’t even pay for it accept for a month at a time.
It’s too bad because my friends and family are getting sick of it too!!

Why do you have ads that cover the playing field? I’ve had this app for years but have to delete it because it can’t be played unless you pay to have ads removed. Not a good look from Blue Ox games.

Love this game. Really keeps my brain engaged. But the disgusting ads for Wool Escape 3D are very annoying.
Disappointed with customer service
I’ve been playing Monkey Wrench for years now, on various iterations of Apple iPhones. Whenever I upgrade my phone, I have to submit a customer request to have my previously purchased unlimited hints restored. I’ve always gotten a quick response except for this time. In January, I upgraded my phone. I’ve emailed at LEAST 3 times asking for this to be fixed. I’ve gotten NO reply. I shouldn’t have to pay again for the unlimited hints.

What happened
Purchased a large group of this game because I really like it but all of a sudden, somehow all my games got checked off as if I’ve already played them and started asking me to purchase more games. so I have to go and reset them all one at a time and try not to see any of the answers as I go along. very annoying so it would’ve been five stars because the game is good, but having to reset over 150 puzzles is not fun!!
