Deleting apps is blocked too while monk mode runs. ■ Once it starts, it can't be stopped Pick 15 minutes to 2 hours, or set your own. While it runs, you can only add time or add things to block. ■ Time left, right on the Lock Screen Time left shows in a Live Activity and the Dynamic Island. Each time you back out of a blocked app, it counts toward this session. ■ Hand over the key when holding on is hardest Lock your Screen Time passcode in the key vault. To get it back, you ask and wait the time you chose (1 hour to 7 days), and it only opens after the current monk mode ends. No need to remember the passcode. ■ See your focus in numbers Today's focus time, your streak, and the last 14 days at a glance.
