Nice!

The update of this app is very nice! Much less clunky than it was before. But please add an option for staying login. I frequently use this app and I have to login almost every time I use it. Thank you very much.

Works!

It seems others are having trouble. But I have never had an issue pulling up my card or placing books on hold. Simple and easy to use.

Doesn’t Load

Tried to set up account multiple times. I have all info as confirmed by library. Just scrolls. Very frustrating.

Most useless app

The only reason I downloaded this app is to access the digital library card because the librarian won’t accept a photo of the card. And this feature never works. Crashes the app when I try to access the digital card

Not accepting my Tinton Falls Card

Tinton Falls Public Library is a part of Monmouth County Library, but the app doesn’t let me add my card.

Crashes

I would only use this to check fines, due date and, mainly, digital card. It crashes every time I try to pull up the digital library card.

crashes or gives HTTP error

Normally works fairly well, but now getting a pop up window that says HTTP error or the app just crashes. Maybe something wrong with backend but app should give a reasonable error message

App crashes

For the past 2 weeks app is crashing.

No resolution is offered.

Crashes trying to open

Within the last month, the app keeps crashing when you try to open it. Deleting & reinstalling doesn’t help.

App will not open

Recently unable to open app
Click on then closes within a second
Will delete and retry
Very frustrating

Open app issue

There is a problem with this app when it attempts to, open – it closes immediately. The problem continues after deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Since iOS update, can’t put books on hold

Since the Apple
iOS update I can no longer put books on hold. I’m not the only one either. Can the developers look into this and update the app?

Notification is outdated needs new features

We would love to see notifications for item that are due for return

No notifications!

The app works OK, but even with notifications turned on, the app doesn’t actually give me any notifications. If I open it, it will tell me an item is ready for pickup, or a Book is overdue, but shouldn’t it go that without me opening it? That’s the point of notifications.

App freezes

App worked fine when I first installed it. Now App freezes every time I try to renew anything. Have to delete app and reinstall every time. Please fix.

Main Issue: No Notifications

I think the app is generally fine—I personally don’t use it for much besides keeping track of my checkouts, and therein lies the problem. Yes, I should be responsible and keep track of when I check books out and when I need to return them, but I work often and unless I’m reading the books all week, I can (and often do) easily forget that the return/renewal date is approaching. What would greatly improve this app is having it notify you about impending return dates a day or so in advance, that way I wouldn’t be so clueless that the books I’m still reading have been overdue for an unfortunate amount of time! I also feel that if you still have renewals available (you can renew checkouts twice with the app before needing to renew in person), the app should automatically renew your checkouts for you instead of charging you fees. Forgetting to check the app seems to cost more than using it has been worth—if I’m going to renew the items anyway, why do I need to be charged because I was supposed to open the app and click renew on Monday instead of on Wednesday? There’s my two cents; please consider implementing these changes, thank you.
