Great App, Bad Midi Implementation
Update: still doesnt have any midi options. Doesnt show up as a midi device, i checked in many apps that normally work with midi and still nothing. I dont understand what i am missing here.
Original Review:With the latest ipados, this app has ceased working as a midi controller. I dont remember how it used to work, but there are zero MIDI options other than channel. It doesnt show up as a midi source in other apps, so it is quite a mystery how this connects to other apps.
I really like the concept and the playability is awesome. I jusr feel like it has been abandoned already. Please help

Hi, thank you for trying out Monoleap. As for the MIDI support, I just checked and it appears to be working. Note that the synth you're playing should be set to "background audio" and to receive MIDI in the correct channel (or Omni). I checked with the Moog model-d app and it works. Sorry for the late response, I recently open sourced the project due to lack of time maintaining it but please let me know if you're still encountering issues. Inaccurate
It really doesn’t work very well. Even having read the manual the most I achieved was cacophony. Instant refund.
Innovative Controller
A new app for controlling other synths via midi, so on it's own makes no sound, but lots of fun, hope to see this progress over time, the developer is eager to listen and further develop the app, that's warmly welcomed.
Great little free app!
Perfect little app for playing around with MIDI when combined with another IOS based synthesizer like Sunrizer, Animoog, Magellan or many other variants out there.
