Intuitive - zero learning curve
I get tired of apps that are overburdened with sharp learning curves. I was searching for an app that I could use for one specific purpose and this Monomo Journal fits my needs perfectly. I really like the auto-tag feature. It empowered me to do a brain dump of sorts, then as I began journaling on my topic the tags, as well as the linked tags simply appeard. I found my day to be prductive, instead of spending hours watching demos trying to figure out how to make an app work. I like it. I like that I bought it once for life. I like the simplicity, the price point, the ability to backup my data, the ability to link this with my icloud. The develop did very good with this app.

손으로 쓰다 노트북에서 쓰고있는데 손이 덜 아파서 더 많은 이야기를 쓸 수 있고 캘린더로 보면 성실히 하고 있구나라는 쁘듯함도 주어서 좋습니다
Sehr intuitiv und übersichtlich
Ich benutze die App seit einiger Zeit. Ich war mit der Apple-App "Journal" unzufrieden. Hier habe ich alles gefunden, was ich brauche.
Bei einem Supportfall wurde mir schnell geholfen - super.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: Bei einem gespeicherten Ort die Adresse direkt an die Karten-App übergeben zu können.
Ergänzung:
Wünsche mir noch die Möglichkeit bei Orten direkt einen Link zu Karten App zu haben.

구독형이 아니라서 좋습니다.
고작 일기 쓰는데 매달, 매년 꾸준히 돈 내라는게 말이 안된다고 생각합니다. Monomo는 구독형이 아니라 한 번 사면 영구 사용할 수 있어서 좋습니다. 구독형인 Day one하고 별로 차이도 없습니다. Day one 구독할 거면 그냥 이만원 내고 Monomo 쓰세요.
The best in simplicity
Yes. This application is in the tradition of Unix-style applications: do one thing, and do it really well.
Monomo is not overburnded with extras to justify a higher price or the plague of subscription pricing. It does what it does really well.
I LOVE the reading mode, which allows you to read a thread of your journal entries as if you were reading a book. The best for reflection. Elegant and wonderful.

Fantastisch
Lange nach einer einfachen und übersichtlichen Tagebuch-Anwendung gesucht und bei monomo fündig geworden. Die Einträge synchronisieren sich zuverlässig zwischen den Geräten (iPhone, iPad, MBP) und es müssen *keine* getrennten Lizenzen erworben werden!
Der Support ist sehr freundlich und schnell, absolut nichts auszusetzen.
Ein schönes Stück Software.

A great application
I have been using this app for a month and really like its design, which is intuitive and allows me to keep a detailed journal. A couple suggestions:
- Increase the number of pictures (now maxed to 4 pictures per journal entry).
- Allow another person to access the journal on their device. My wife would like to add her entries on the same journal but there is no way for her to share/ sing in my account.

깔끔
깔끔하고 쉬운 사용이 마음에 듭니다. 특히 잠금 기능이 가장 마음에 들고요, 저는 이 앱을 메모용으로 사용하는 터라, 노트 상단 고정기능(메모앱처럼)이 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다.
Needs A Few More Things
When I saw this app, I was excited to try it out. I've been using Dreams for a while, and Journey as my daytime journal. I was more than willing to pay for the full version, but unfortunately, Monomo just doesn't have all the features I need to be a replacement for Journey. That's not the app's fault, don't get me wrong, it's just the way things currently stand.
First of all, I have been using Journey for over a year, maybe even two, and there's no way to import the entries from there, not even just text. Not that I would know how that could be implamented. Secondly, there's no formatting. I don't need much, just a simple bold, italic, and underline, but the app doesn't have that. Lastly, the tagging is a little less intuitive than Dreams's signs feature. You can add tags with categories, link them, add triggers, and all that the same. Except when you create a new tag while writing an entry, there's no way to select its category right away. So then you have to do the tedious process of categorizing your tags post-entry.
Other than that the app is really good, a good journaling app with a similar style to Dreams, which I love and will continue to use. And I think this app would be good for anyone who wants a simple journaling experience with good organization (I really like the tag feature.) But in its current state, Monomo just isn't for me.

Hi! Thank you for your detailed feedback. Just want to say that basic formatting is available. Just select the text you want to format and tap on the BIU button. You can set bold, underline and italics. Concerning the possibility to set the tag category when writing an entry that’s possible too. After you press the button to add a new tag a form will appear where you can set links, triggers and the category. No need to do it post-entry. Please also note that you can edit a tag you already inserted into the tags field by long pressing on it. Great Journaling App
I tried out the features for 3 weeks - and just bought the unlimited entries in-app purchase.
This is a great journaling app - you can make multiple entries per day, add images per entry and add tags.
The tags are great for recalling tidbits of information in the future.

Ich habe einige Apps getestet und bin bei dieser geblieben. Die App ist keine 2 Wochen alt aber macht bereits jetzt schon einen besseren Job als die gesamte Konkurrenz.
Man merkt, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, alle Funktionen von den verschiedenen Ansichten bis zu den Tags sind verständlich und ergeben Sinn.
Ich bin gespannt wie sich die App weiter entwickelt, habe aber gerne bereits jetzt per Einmalkauf alle Funktionen freigeschaltet.
Insbesondere das Entsperren per FaceID / TouchID würde die App noch weiter verbessern.
Auf jeden Fall ein großes Lob an das Team für die starke Leistung und das Top Resultat. Ich bin gespannt, wie es weitergeht!

This is by and large of all the offerings on the App Store, the most minimalist yet powerful writing experience you can hope for.
There are only two things missing:
1) End To End Encryption, so that your data is encrypted before being backed up to iCloud. Then that same Encrypted data, can be syncronized to all of your devices via iCloud, where it can then be Decrypted Locally on the device.
2) The ability to create multiple Journals, instead of one giant one. It would be nice to have seperate Journals for different thoughts you want to type out, and archive.
If you can impliment these features, you will get the remaining two stars for each one and this app will be flawless, and I will pay for the full version!

Uso da anni ormai l'app dei Sogni, dello stesso Sviluppatore. Mi ha cambiato la vita.
Così ho dato un’opportunità anche a questa, quando mi è stata consigliata tramite pop-up un paio di giorni fa.
La sto adorando: è minimale, semplice e intuitiva. Tra l’altro se già utilizzate anche l’altra app (per catalogare i vostri Sogni) vi ci ritroverete a pennello.
Voglio solo incoraggiare lo Sviluppatore a rilasciare aggiornamenti e miglioramenti con lo stesso sentimento e costanza con cui lo fa per l’altra, e allora il mio (che ho deciso di acquistare la versione completa) sarà stato il migliore investimento per un diario da portare sempre con me.
Provatela, avete circa quaranta voci di prova, per decidere se acquistarla o passare ad altro. Non ve ne pentirete, ne sono sicura.
