User reviews

Helped to find my shot inefficiencies

The phase breakdown helps me analyze my body movement in each shot. I used to shoot with my back tilted backward. The breakdown shows that I need to straighten my back to transfer power from legs to my upper body. The detailed analysis helps me see my strength and weakness. It would be awesome if there are some workouts recommended based on the analysis.

Thanks!

Monona Coach

Very nice app. It is completely free which is very nice. You record yourself and it analyzes your shot giving you a comparison to a pro. You can try to shoot more like the pro it gives you or you can select a pro you want to shoot like. Either way it gives you a complete analysis to get your shot more efficient and a better idea of what you’re doing right and wrong. It gives percentages and angles as well. Overall a very underrated and great app.
