Really badly designed

I got the app , all seemed good i went through the start gave me all the choice like how many time a week i train what i would like to aim for , what age group i play and then i got to the page where it says unlock full plan and when i bought the year subscription it didn’t work and i didnt receive anything , I was stuck and had to refund as i didnt even get to use the app , DONT recommend

its horrible

it is very buggy i tried to upload i video from my camera roll and it took 20 to get to 0 percent and then i just shut down the app and then i tried to film a video straight through the app abd it did it and then once it got to 100% it said “network request error” and failed to upload it
