Horrible customer service
My 14 year old son purchased this program through instagram x2 . I explained that I wanted to cancel the same day it was purchased . I was told that I would get a refund. I was refunded for a 1 transaction. I checked back in and wanted to cancel to make sure the monthly $19 charge is canceled , and cancel the membership. I still haven’t heard from them, the membership is still active.

Changed the way I think about basketball
Couldn’t even touch rim when I started, and after doing Good Drills for a few months, I was dunking everything, even in games!
Amazing
This app is perfect for a basketball player who wants to improve. If you don’t want to pay for a membership, there are free workouts. But there are also cool programs if you pay for a membership. This app is awesome and made me a better player overall.
Too little free stuff
The app could be great for development but there are only 3 free drills, atleast make some of the shooting drills free cause i dont wanna pay 180 a year
Deceptive Practices
Bought a program which came with a free trial to the app contents, I was not interested in the rest of the content on the app. There was not any notice that I would be automatically charged and no notice of when. However I got a charge today and with one hour reached out to their team who informed me no refund would be given because I already paid for this months usage but they would take me off following months. Absolutely deceptive procedure so be warned.
