The app won’t let me play, I install and uninstall the game, I can’t withdraw the money deposited, it’s disgusting this app.

I’ve been trying to get verified for a week and a half now and I continue to resend my documents. I’ve uploaded them in the live chat and I’ve emailed them and they continue to say they don’t receive them even though they’ll tell me they will review it within 24 hours. Genuinely the slowest customer service all these reviews are fake
