Barcode does not work and by the looks of it everyone has the same issue. Monoprix staff don’t care and neither do the developers apparently.
Device Registration???
Why do I have to register my device?? I like changing my phone frequently and only app creates an issue about this is Monoprix app. And when you click on Register my device, they don't register it. Remove that device registration, you are not a bank. Make things more user friendly and convenient.

Annoying app
This is one of the most annoying apps I’ve ever downloaded. Every time I open it, it gives me an alert trying to get me to turn on notifications. Every time I deny, and next time it asked again. I don’t need notifications from a grocery store app. And half the time my loyalty QR code screen is blank when I open it to scan at the store.

The application is not working I registered and still not working, I talked to the customer service in monopry Tornado tower and no one cared not the customer service not anyone just swallowing money

I have already went over 5 times to shop at monoprix and every time i try to show the barcode its blank… such a scam.
Registration is not working
I tried several times and all the options to create a new account on the loyalty program, the app closed on all the attempts at the final step.

The upgrade of app is so pathetic it doesn’t allow to enter id and password in iphone and lost all my loyalty points as I can’t login or use when shop. Raised the issue 2 months back but there is no response

how does a company that’s as big as Monoprix have such a terrible App and website? can they not afford it or what exactly? it doesn’t even function well. After you download the app and create an account they tell you to wait 24 hours before you can get a code. Its something that’s automated so how does that even make sense? why do I have to wait 24 hours? so instead of purchasing something right away I have to wait 24 hours and then come back to purchase it. honestly this makes me not wanna even deal with Monoprix in general for not caring about customer service or even making an app that’s user-friendly.

Loyalty Card
I tried to use my loyalty card, but the APP does not show the bar codes. The card appears blank.
