Worthless app!
Bought the monster clarity 101 plus and the app couldn't even find the device! Joke of an app! I can connect to the headset thru Bluetooth but the app is unable to find it 🤣
Doesn’t work
The app is nonfunction you can’t pair any of their earbuds.However earbuds pair fine with the phone only. The app is totally useless.

The UI is less functional than a pair of five dollar earbuds I bought from the dollar store Last year 👎👎👎
The basic function should be that it first of all can pair and recognize your earbuds which this doesn’t neither, I mean come on I bought Monster earbuds shouldn’t this app have more understandable instruction on how to find them with the app. My phone connects to them just fine but then I have to delete or forget the earbuds in order to try and connect to the app and something is not right I don’t think Apple should have released this to the world but that’s just my opinion. The reader can decide on their own. Viva le china 👎👎👎

Embarrassing App, doesn’t work with their own products?
Terrible app. Won’t connect to their own earbuds. Apple’s iOS native Bluetooth connection actually works albeit missing all the features Monster promises. “Always lead. Never follow” Monster says. Follow what? All your good developers to another company?…

Not good
Just like their headphones this app is garbage. Can’t get either sets of monster headphones that I own to connect to the app. Such a waste of time.

Will not connect while it’s in pairing mode
I love how it will connect to my phone perfectly, but it will refuse to connect to the app even though the app says “Bluetooth is on”. You guys better fix the app. This is honestly false advertising and information.

Headphones and app are atrocious
When pairing thru Bluetooth they connect as 2 separate buds, well problem is audio only comes out of 1 channel at a time. It’s impossible to have both play audio at the same time I’ve reset the buds forgot the device repaired nothing works. The app is a whole other mess the buds don’t even show up on the app no matter how many times I read thru the instructions they just don’t show up. You guys really messed this up they do the same thing on older iOS software the newest iOS software and also on android devices. The pair I got may be a lemon but the app from other people don’t lie bad all around.

Terrible
The app is terrible. The earbuds pair to my phone just fine (within seconds). However the software development team that created this app need to go back to the drawing board because the app refuses to pair with my earbuds after multiple attempts. 🤬 I know nothing is wrong with my earbuds because as I've said they pair to my phone very quickly (which I appreciate very much!) but the app is absolutely useless in its current build state.
