Completed recent update and I have lost all data from game, back to level 1 castle after being at level 19. 12 months gone in an instant

Account reset

After this update i have tried to log in just to see my account has been put back to level 1, i recently spent money on this game too and have emailed about this. Will be requesting a refund if my account is not restored . Huge shame as this game brang back many memories from years back
